Here is an example of the data we collect in our facilities, including parameters such as relative humidity, air intake, and temperature. Thanks to our advanced data collection system, we track and analyze a multitude of other factors that directly influence plant growth, such as CO₂ concentration in the room or soil moisture. By correlating this data at each stage of plant development, we optimize growing conditions to improve both the quality and yield of our production. 

 To optimize the growth of our plants, we have developed a hybrid fertilization approach that combines vegan and mineral fertilizers. Vegan fertilizers, made from plant-based raw materials such as plant extracts, algae, and micro-algae, are quickly bio-absorbable, allowing plants to rapidly benefit from essential nutrients. In addition to macro and micro-elements, these fertilizers provide vitamins, amino acids, and natural sugars rich in phytohormones, flavonoids, and anthocyanins, stimulating biosynthesis and enhancing the aromas, colors, and flavors of the harvest.

On the other hand, mineral fertilizers, such as Coco Forte A+B, designed for coco substrate cultivation, provide a constant and balanced nutrient supply, which is essential for this nearly inert medium.

This innovative combination of vegan and mineral fertilization creates the perfect balance between rapid absorption, nutrient richness, and optimal yield, while respecting the environment and ensuring healthy, high-quality production.

Drying and curing technology is crucial for preserving the quality of cannabis flowers after harvest. The Cannatrol system goes beyond simple climate and humidity control (typically at 60°F and 60% humidity). By also monitoring the dew point, Cannatrol helps better preserve trichomes, aromas, and terpenes, resulting in a final product that is richer in active compounds. Thanks to its patented Vaportrol technology, the system stabilizes drying, curing, and storage conditions, regardless of the climate or season, thereby eliminating risks associated with temperature and humidity fluctuations.

Studies show that the Cannatrol system retains up to 16% more terpenes compared to traditional drying methods, with specific terpenes such as alpha-pinene, myrcene, and beta-caryophyllene showing increases ranging from 6% to 23%. Additionally, Cannatrol limits cannabinoid decarboxylation, preserving higher concentrations of THCA, CBD, and CBC. Unlike traditional drying systems, which are sensitive to environmental fluctuations that can affect flower quality, Cannatrol maintains stable conditions, minimizing terpene loss and cannabinoid degradation, ensuring a higher quality final product.

 The irrigation system in our facility was designed in collaboration with the Groupe Horticole Ledoux to ensure optimal water and nutrient distribution. We use a drip irrigation system, allowing for stable and precisely controlled fertigation. This type of system provides a constant and accurate supply of nutrients to the plants, promoting healthy growth. The water used is filtered through reverse osmosis, thanks to our GrowOnix equipment, ensuring maximum water purity and preventing any undesirable elements that could affect plant quality. 

 Ventilation is a key element in ensuring healthy cultivation, both below and above the canopy. Using systems equipped with Vortex fans, we maximize air circulation to prevent the formation of dead zones, where a lack of airflow could lead to mold issues. Proper ventilation maintains a stable environment and reduces the risk of moisture buildup, ensuring robust and healthy plants.
